You are not a better fan because you have listened to a band longer. You are not a better fan because you have seen a band live many times and met the members. There is no such thing as a better fan. As long as you appreciate the music and show your love and support for the band, you are a fan.
So shut up with your pretentious thinking that you are better than everyone else. Because the truth is, you are the same as every single one of us.
